NEW Configuring site cache options

Your Meridian Enterprise administrator may have configured a site cache to improve document transfer performance to and from the Meridian web server. To experience the performance improvement, you must specify the address of the site cache and which file transfers you want to use the site cache.

Note Consult a system administrator for what to enter for these options.

To configure the site cache options:

In the context bar, click your name, and then click the Preferences. Or select Preferences from the Miscellaneous section of the document, folder, or selection context menus. The Change Preferences page appears.
Click the Document Transfer Options button. The BlueCielo Upload/Download Control dialog box appears.
Click the Site Cache tab. The site cache options appear.
Click options or type values using the descriptions in the following table.

Site cache options
Option	Description
Site cache URL	Type the address of the site cache as given to you by a system administrator.
Bypass site cache	Select which file transfer operations you want to bypass the site cache and go directly to the Meridian web server. Your system administrator might have a policy that specifies how these options should be used.
Credentials	Type the user name and password for the site cache that were given to you by a system administrator.
Encrypt	Enable this option if you were advised to do so by a system administrator.

Click OK.
